FAQ
Do you travel?
I’m happy to travel! For sessions located outside Floresville TX, a travel fee of $50 per hour (one-way) will be added to your total to cover time and expenses.
Do you send RAW or unedited photos?
I don’t send RAW or unedited images — editing is a big part of how I bring your photos to life and make sure they look their best. What you’ll get are the fully edited, high-quality images that reflect my style and the story we captured together.
How and when will I receive my photos?
You will receive your photos through an email link which gives you access to your digital gallery. You should expect your photos back in 2-3 weeks.
What if the weather is bad the day of the session?
"Well damn Jackie, I can't control the weather!"
No worries, we can definitely reschedule and all your payments will be transferred to the new date.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — I get it! If you need to reschedule your session, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new date that works for both of us.
For last-minute changes or no-shows, additional fees may apply — but I always do my best to be flexible and fair.
What if I have an idea for a session that is not listed?
I love hearing new ideas! Feel free to reach out with the details and we can see if it’s a good fit for my style and schedule.
